Requirements Prior to Petition Submission 

Charter Department meeting at least 30 days prior to petition submission

Letter of Petition Intent signed and submitted at a Board meeting during Public Comment at least one week before petition submission

Petitioner Assurances and Disclosures signed and submitted at a Board meeting during Public Comment at least one week before petition submission

Petition master copy tabbed and in a binder separate from the Appendix (1)

Appendix master copy tabbed and in a binder separate from the Petition (1)

Thumb-drive with Petition master and Appendix master in PDF format (1)
