Join the Community School Advisory Committee
Trustee Areas 2, 3, and 4 have vacancies for seats in the Community School Advisory Committee (CSAC). The CSAC collaborates with SCUSD staff about the rollout of the community school model in 18 of our schools that have received community school grant funding from the California Department of Education (CDE). Community schools partner with parents, guardians, and organizations to create the conditions students need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. CSAC members are engaged to advise how community school grant funding should be invested to meet the unique needs of students and their families.
