Is your phone number wrong? Do you want to change your primary email? Is your name misspelled? Do you see information for a student who’s not yours?
Contact details in ParentSquare are managed by your school and synchronized from Infinite Campus, our Student Information System. To make changes to your contact information, log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal or contact your student’s school office directly.
Logging Into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
To log into your Infinite Campus Portal, go to scusd.edu and click, “Infinite Campus,” at the top of the page or get there directly by clicking here.
- If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, request an activation key from your student’s school office to create an account.
- If you need to reset your Infinite Campus Parent Portal password, please contact your student’s school office. The staff there can assist you with the password reset.
Update Primary Household Address
To update your primary household address, please complete the INTERNAL LINK Annual Update form. If you have already submitted the Annual Update form and need to make changes to your primary household address, please fill out the Household Update form.
Update Secondary Household Address
If you need to update a secondary household address, please complete the Household Update form.
Update an Adult Household Member’s Phone And/Or Email
- Log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal (instructions above).
- Click the menu in the upper lefthand corner and select, “More”.
- Click, “Family Information”.
- Enter a new email address and/or phone number and click, “Update”.
Update Non-Household/Emergency Contacts
Non-Household Relationships are authorized to pickup and care for student with written or verbal permission. INTERNAL LINK View instructions with screenshots.
- Log into Infinite Campus Parent Portal (instructions above).
- Click the menu in the upper lefthand corner and select, “More”.
- Click, “Demographics”.
- If your family has more than one student enrolled in SCUSD, select a specific student’s name from the the top left of the screen to update Non-Household Contacts.
- Under Non-Household Relationships, click “Update” to update a current contact or click “Add” to add a new contact.
- Please note – All changes to your student’s Non-Household contacts will need to reviewed by staff before it is published. You will get a notice in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal inbox, when the request is processed.
For all other changes, please contact your student’s school office. Changes may require additional paperwork and/or verification to make a change to records. Once the school updates their official records, changes will automatically be reflected on your account in ParentSquare the following day.
