Taking care of your emotional wellbeing is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Our students may visit our Student Support Centers to get in-person support from our school social workers. There are also coping strategies, warning signs, and resources listed below.

  • Connect with others

  • Stretch or do yoga

  • Exercise

  • Stay hydrated

  • Practice gratitude

Student Support Centers

Our social workers are here to listen and provide mental health and behavioral support for all of our students. Student Support Centers on our campuses are safe spaces if you need resources, counseling, or help.

If a student is experiencing housing insecurity, they may qualify for additional educational benefits to connect them to resources and support. We're here to help.

Foster Youth Services

Our team serves the unique needs of foster youth and their families by amplifying social-emotional support, providing tutoring and mentoring, and engaging in advocacy. We also provide enrollment and placement services.

Save a Life

Is a student sick or has lost consciousness? Get help immediately from school staff. Rescue efforts are available throughout the school (including Narcan).
