Annual Surveys

We collect annual input from students, families, and staff through surveys and forms to help shape programs, funding decisions, and school climate improvements—ensuring our schools meet the diverse needs of all students, including those receiving Special Education services or impacted by discipline practices.
We encourage our students and families to participate in forms and surveys whenever possible to allow your voices to be heard that may shape system change and improve your experience.
Forms and survey links will be available below when they are live.

A survey is distributed to parents and caregivers, and another is sent to students in grades 7-12, to gather insights about Special Education and discipline experiences each October and April.
California Healthy Kids Survey
Sent to students in grades 7 and 9 on an annual basis, this California Department of Education survey collects data about safety, school climate, and student health.
