Our Central Kitchen does not purchase or prepare menu items containing peanuts or tree nuts as ingredients. We carefully review the ingredients used in our scratch-prepared meals and strive to provide allergy-sensitive menu options whenever possible.

All Central Kitchen staff are Food Safety Certified and receive training on proper food handling, cleaning, and sanitation practices. Equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized following established food safety procedures to help minimize the risk of allergen cross-contact during meal preparation.

Some commercially manufactured ingredients used in our meals may include voluntary precautionary allergen statements, such as "Processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts." These advisory statements are voluntary and are used at the manufacturer's discretion.
