For questions, concerns, or complaints related to Section 504 Accommodations
504 Accommodation Concerns or Complaints ((28 CFR Section 35.107(b); 34 CFR Section 104.7(b))
At times, there may be concerns about 504 Accommodation assessments or implementation of plans. In the event this occurs we encourage school staff and parents/guardians to bring up these questions or concerns at the school site level. If concerns continue or a resolution cannot be reached, please reach out to the District 504 Coordinator, Cameron Olson at Cameron-Olson@scusd.edu or 916-578-1216 for consultation and mediation.
