Matriculation & Orientation Center

Welcome and thank you for visiting the department where the goal is to meet or exceed your expectations. The Matriculation & Orientation Center (MOC) is the district’s centralized registration office for in-take of new language minority students to Sacramento City Unified School District.

The MOC provides Assessor-Translators who perform numerous language-related services linking parents to district programs. Languages are available in Spanish, Hmong, Chinese, Farsi, Pashto, Dari, Russian and Vietnamese.
