Summer School

Kids smiling outside

We offer a variety of summer school options across the district, at every grade level.

These programs provide academic instruction to help reduce learning gaps and prevent summer learning loss. Students also take part in fun, engaging activities that help build teamwork, social and emotional skills, and include daily physical activity.

All students will receive free daily breakfast and lunch during the program. Summer Matters locations operate as community schools, so students from any SCUSD school may enroll. Families are responsible for transportation to and from the program.

Eligibility Requirement: Students must be currently enrolled and attending a Sac City Unified school to be eligible for our summer programs.
