Risk and Disability Management

The Risk Management and Employee Benefits Department supports the health, safety, and well-being of all employees across the district. We manage employee benefit programs—including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans—while also overseeing workplace safety, liability claims, workers’ compensation, and risk mitigation efforts. Our team is here to provide guidance, resources, and responsive service to help employees navigate benefits and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
